Return Policy

    Shoeboxkids.com does not warrant the fit of any footwear. If a question regarding fit arises, returns must be made, unworn, and in the original packaging, within (30) thirty days of the purchase date. Shoes not shipped in their original packaging or packaging that is damaged or marred due to improper shipping by the customer is subject to a $5.00 repackaging fee (note: please do not apply tape or labels directly to the boxes, wrap in shipping paper or in shipping cartons!). Under no circumstances, except in the case of defective footwear, will worn footwear be accepted, credited, refunded, or exchanged by Shoeboxkids.com.



    Defective Footwear: Shoeboxkids.com defines defective footwear as any footwear that is flawed concerning workmanship or materials, and is warranted by the manufacturer. Defective footwear must be returned within (30) thirty days of the purchase date. Returns thought to be defective, will be inspected promptly and if a warranted manufactured defect is found, Shoeboxkids.com will gladly replace or exchange the defective footwear. The cost of shipping and handling any footwear determined to have a warranted manufacturer defect, will be the responsibility of Shoeboxkids.com. Any footwear determined not to be a warranted manufactured defect, will be returned to the customer promptly, and the cost of shipping will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Shoeboxkids.com reserves the right to charge the original credit card the cost of the returned shipment.



    After (30) thirty days from purchase date, absolutely no returns will be accepted by Shoeboxkids.com. Shoeboxkids.com reserves the right to return the shoes to you at your expense or issue a store credit for all returns accepted after thirty (30) days. Shoeboxkids.com reserves the right to charge the original credit card the cost of the returned shipment.



    All returns must have a return authorization from Shoeboxkids.com. To obtain a return authorization, you may contact Shoeboxkids.com by e-mail: returns@Shoeboxkids.com. Please DO NOT return shoes to the manufacturer.



    A Store credit will be issued for all shoes returned to the manufacturer. Shoeboxkids.com reserves the right to return all shoes received without a return authorization number, worn or received more than 30 days after purchase date. All shoes accepted will be issued a STORE credit only.



    Shipping and Handling: In the case of shipping error, Shoeboxkids.com will gladly cover the return shipping cost of the item shipped in error (UPS Ground or United States Postal Service standard mail only), as well as the cost to ship the corrected item to the customer. To receive credit for shipping costs you incurred please email Shoeboxkids.com at: returns@Shoeboxkids.com. Be sure to keep a copy of your shipping costs until the credit appears on your credit card statement. Other shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.



    Upon receipt of the returned merchandise the purchase price of the merchandise will be credited to the original credit card account or refunded if payment was made by check less any applicable shipping or repackaging charges per restrictions above.
